WAREHOUSE & STOCK MANAGEMENT

(6B) Our systems requires that every individual product must carry a barecode. Products are scanned on entry to the warehouse, for any movement within the warehouse, and when exiting the warehouse. This provides real-time inventory and location for each product.

E-FULFILLMENT ‘SERVICED’ DELIVERY DIRECT TO COMPANY HQ OR TO REGIONAL SATELLITE LOCATIONS

(6C) This service involves the fulfillment of an ‘order’ generated by your dedicated online platform that holds information regarding each product in stock.

When an order is placed the quantity of a specific product will be ‘picked’ from inventory and ‘packed’ for delivery (direct direct to HQ or regional satellite locations).

Sampling

The products selected can be ordered in different sizes to check for style, fit, and functional design elements. Branding can be applied to these sample products to check quality and specifications. (2-10 days)

Order Confirmation

The order is confirmed based on your appoval at the sampling stage. An order confirmation should include final order quantities of the selected products and full branding requirements.

Branding

The in-stock products are delivered to a partner facility for branding. The products are then repacked for onward delivery.

E-FULFILLMENT ‘SERVICED’ DELIVERY DIRECT TO PARENTS OR TO SCHOOL SHOP LOCATIONS

(6C) This service involves the fulfillment of an ‘order’ generated by your dedicated online platform that holds information regarding each product in stock.

When an order is placed the quantity of a specific product will be ‘picked’ from inventory and ‘packed’ for delivery (direct direct to parent or school shop locations).

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We will recommend a range of fabrics, product styles and accessories that best meet your requirements. Once the product concept has been detemined we will produce an initial prototype sample that will show product style, fit, functional design elements. This prototype can be modified to achieve an appoved product prototype that meets your requirements. (5 – 10 days)

Order Confirmation

The order confirmation should include final order quantities of the approved prototype products and full branding requirements. At this point we may ask the client for an advance payment, as we may have to commit to dyeing yarns and knitting fabric before moving to the next phase. Note: this will normally be determined by complexity of the order.

Sampling

Pre Production Samples: By this stage the yarns have been dyed and the fabric knitted to the required specifications; the fabric colour matching, embroidery/print samples and all accessories have been approved. Any final changes must be made and approved at this stage. (1 – 2 weeks)

Bulk Production

This is where the bulk fabrics are cut & stitched; branding embroidery/print is applied to cut panels; internal labels (brand, size & care) are attached. Each product is controlled for quality, individually packed, barcoded and finally boxed. The shipment is ready for delivery.
